Call for EGM

An Extraordinary General Meeting in Mentis Cura AS will be held on Thursday 16 April 2020 at 14:00 CEST.

Due to the current circumstances with Covid-19 the meeting will be conducted over Microsoft Teams with a dial-in option.

Summons and agenda have been sent to all shareholders. Articles of Association and relevant documents are available at the Company offices.
